Linda Wynn Drain

BIOGRAPHY: Linda began working for The Lighthouse for The Blind in 1980 and worked her way up in the organization to Case Manager in 1990. She remained in that capacity until 1996. As Case Manager, she developed vocational educational plans, advocated for clients in rehabilitation programs, compiled records of service and taught on the job training and employment skills develpment at Lighthouse Campus as part of Houston Community College Without Walls.
In 1996 she began working with the Collin County D.A.'s Office and became Assistant Criminal District Attorney, Felony Prosecutor in 1999. As a DA, she conducted criminal docket for District Courts, prepared and tried felony cast, wrote appellage briefs and agrued before the Courts of Appeal.
Upon leaving the D.A.'s Office, she went on to work with Paul B. Van Ness & Associates as well as starting her own firm in January of 2002.
She brings a wide range of experience to Nolte, Drain and Rosenthal, specializing in Family and Juvenile Law as well as Criminal Defense.
