Jeremy F. Rosenthal
E-mail Jeremy
BIOGRAPHY: Jeremy was born in Los Angeles and moved to Plano at age 11. He attended New Mexico Military Institute through junior college and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant into the Army National Guard upon graduation.
After attending Texas Tech and SMU School Of Law, he was licensed in 2001 and worked with Hermes Sargent Bates, a large Dallas law firm where he assisted in defending complex products liability cases. Jeremy left HSB to focus on trial work with attorneys who represented people that were hurt, injured or wrongfully terminated which included time working for Janette Johnson & Associates, a Dallas “boutique” firm which practiced exclusively in the area of employment discrimination.
In 2003, Jeremy joined the Collin County District Attorney’s office. Jeremy tried over 70 criminal cases to juries as a prosecutor which included winning jury trials over Attorney’s listed by “D Magazine” as “Super Lawyers” and “Rising Stars.”
Jeremy formed The Law Offices of Jeremy F. Rosenthal in March 2005 with the goal of combining his complex civil litigation skills with the trial skills he acquired as a prosecutor to help people and companies with wide ranging needs. In April, 2007, Jeremy was honored to join two of the most respected lawyers in the community, Mitch Nolte and Linda Wynn Drain to form Nolte, Drain & Rosenthal – a firm completely unique to McKinney.
He is married and is involved in the local arts where he recently performed in McKinney Repertory Theater’s presentation of Tennessee Williams’ “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.”
